Our vision
To be a world class association for the management and development of people.
Since 1996

Helping members adopt the best HR practice, and helping Barbados benefit from it.

In an era where the industrial climate can be volatile and maintaining productivity is imperative for any business to succeed, HRMAB is an organisation geared towards helping members adopt the best Human Resource practices and guaranteeing that they gain exposure to indispensable HR information.

We offer practitioners the opportunity to enhance their professional status and become an invaluable asset to their organisations, with leadership roles, development opportunities and a community that enhances and enriches the profession.

We aim to positively influence national and organisational policies and practices that impact the management and development of people. We facilitate the growth of organisations, and we make sure the workplace's most valuable asset, the employee, grows with them.

Labour Management & Industrial Relations Committee

As part of HRMAB, our vision is to positively influence national and organisational policies and practices that impact the management and development of workers. To realise this vision, we strive to advocate and educate; we use our voices and expertise to join the national discussions related to Human Resources, collaborating with key entities to drive positive change, and we use our skills and expertise as a body, along with those of other professionals, to share the knowledge and skills needed to aid the continued growth of our workers.
